Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all orders within Australia. 

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• All parcels are shipped via Australia Post. You will receive confirmation of dispatch and tracking details once your order has been sent. 

Returns 

We offer returns on faulty or damaged items in line with the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you believe there is a problem with your item, please contact us at aidableshop@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the fault or damage

We will be in contact upon review of your request. 

Unfortunately as we are a small business, we do not accept returns purely for change of mind or items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
